Depends with my current gear at 69 I can kill naya generals in 3-4 hits average. 2-3 if I crit or there are few blocks.
And sure S/S may be able to hit for more damage. Thing is in the time it takes you to get that nuke off I have done the same damage in non nuke hits. For a nuker my lvl if we were both in NPC gear. They would be dead quick. The only way a nuker could kill me is with insanely pimped gear. So no you are not stronger. There is a blalance to the game build wise. It is the gear that alters it.
