Just revert pk2 files back to original and PM the GM again tommorrow, say for him to scan files again.
If you can't pm him again, just leave pk2 files as they are, and you won't get banned. He said they'd be looking at your files for the next few days, when they see nothing is wrong, they'll leave you alone.
