Thieving, simply because I like to piss off low levels and watch them cry. How cruel and messed up I am :roll:

I like the idea of hunting the most, but it has no reward, nothing to really keep you wanting to hunt... so yea, I am a thief, much more fun and rewarding <3 and its always a blast when you kill some nub's wolf and they go "OMFG", its their fault for having their wolves out your know.

Oh yeah, so tough to let NPC's do all the work.

I enjoy hunting. Sure there's no reward, but it sure is fun to piss off those idiot thieves. Trading is boring and thieving is for 12 yr olds.

Trading is my favorite job, but when I get high level....hunter all the way.

I'm Trader for the $$ and Trader Exp.....Hunter for the Hunter Exp and to keep Trader Exp up.

Btw - Bladers just look awesome with Special Hunter Card on ^_^

Anyways, the thiefs you are describing already have their thief suit on though, right? In troy, they don't even risk having their hunter suit on, they just put it on to kill noobs.

Hunter, I always had a grudge against thieves ever since lvl14. (basically what happened was that some dumb asses started using NPC thieves around the lower lvls, and killing them on purpose.)

I love to thief, killing every hunter in my path. I also kill all of the traders above one star and let little noobie thiefs come take the goods while i protect them. I dont kill one stars though, i usually just wish them luck.

Watched a 5x thief do this outside of DW yesterday, just circled the walls waking his horse and single high level npc where lower levels were fighting e ghosts, meek gps, after about the fourth kill I saw him heading towards Hyeocheons area.......he never took a shot at the NPC just healed his horse when needed and walked to the next low level.

I understand 1* popping to a point as there are higher level traders running many of them instead a 2,3,4,5*......I would like to however see 2x trader noob 1* trades passed by occasionally by the high level thieves but then again there are many routes that are less conspicuous. And by all means, yes low levels put your wolf awaywhen doing a trade or chance having him killed and you paying 50k to res him.

I have traded successfully and unsuccessfully (being 1* popped).....have not thieved or hunted but approaching a level where I may try it....probably hunting (mainly helping 1* traders).....I have been tainted against thieves by past experiences but that may change. I don't know if I want to hunt low level thieves, they gotta make a living too....but if they are trying to 1* pop we will have a beef.

I hunt cause i like to piss off thiefs. Then when they come back to the loot. i kill them again, then i have my friend try to res him, and if he lets my friend res him, I DO IT AGAIN!!!!!!!!! :twisted:

Well, considering I'm low on gold and all I've been doing as of right now is trading, I would say I like being a trader the most.

Though thieving is a crapload of fun.

I love thieving. I had something somewhat similar happen before.

I was coming out of the dead ravine, not wearing my thief suit. I see a dead hunter on the ground as I run by. He screams RESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.....

So I put on my black devil suit and stand right next to him and he repeats, RESSSSSSSSSSS a few times. So I res him. Swipe, swipe, dead hunter.

RESSSSSSSSSSS. I res him and he starts attacking me. Swipe, Swipe, dead hunter. RESSSSSSSSSSSSSS.

I res him and let him run. I chase him to the ferry, get to the other side and he keeps running, so I just let him go. As a hunter, why would you even let a thief res you?

Oh and PS to all who say thieves are the jerks....each job has it's fair share of jerks, hunters can be really rude.....

Whatever my guild is doing I will join, Thief or hunter. I am never trader though. Bleeh stupid boring.

If I am going out myself I prefer hunter, to kill all those feckers that 1*pop. Love it how people are 1* popping and beg you not to kill them when you run around.

Hunting. I find satisfaction in managing to escape 7x thieves and luring them away from 1-stars.
When I feel evil, I usually thief, but I still sometimes hunt. Because there are ways to be evil while hunting :wink:

Namely, freezing a lowbie thief and laughing at the same time because they can't escape you and know they're going to die any second

Ya I don't mean to fight about it. I am glad there are thieves of course, otherwise I'd have nobody to hunt. The 12 yr old generalitzation just comes from things that I see "full time" thieves do constantly. Meaning it isn't someone that just threw on suit, I see them as thief all the time.
Such as:

Fire ox chasing people around in PVP areas.

Almost without fail when I see a high lvl nonstop 1shotting lowbies in PVP it's someone I know to be a thief. (yes there are exceptions but it's about 80%) Other 20% it's always someone with crappy gear lol. Wonder why they gotta pick on lowbies /sarcasm

All but 1 time that I've been unfotunate enough to be around a Jangan monster scroll pop, it has been a "full time" thief doing it.

And lastly of course is popping lowbies. I hit lvl 20, wanted to try a trade, went 1* cuz it said I couldn't be attacked, and I had no clue at the time that people found a way to cheat the system. I got popped by a 6x...and so began my hatred of thieves.

So ya it was a generalization..I have of course met assnugget traders and hunters and some cool thieves, but it is fact that thieves tend to be behind most of the dipshit moves that people for some reason enjoy.
