and @HakubiNi - ya instances could definatly fit in this game since there are already "bosses", the uniques. good thing about instances and castles is that it would make this a more team played game.

Original quests(at least no the go to talk with stupid npc and kill zillon xxx monster and go to talk again with same stupid npc), Guild quests, and also non guild cooperative quest.

IMO, they should add classes for elixirs (1-3degree; 4-6degree; 7-9degree). Low level people can't afford them, but high levels get to buy hundreds of them. It's pretty unfair this way, but if such thing would be implemented, the economy would somewhat balance, except for the farming gear...
. 1-3 elixirs would get to cost a lot.

for most, the game is free, and its a Korean mmo, meaning long pointless hours of grinding... but y?? so we cal say " i am teh best i am lvl 80"
to do that is much better than your ideas
+ also the wohle making it good requires much effort, which will make the game p2p, which would mean alot of people would leave.

1. Creating NPC (Non Player Character) for STALLING... will FREE UP LOGIN SERVER and LAGS. This way Player don't have to stay login to sell stuff (STALL). IF SRO allow one NPC vendor (stall) Per Character that would be awesome.
2. To keep player from Spawning the server with vendor.. SRO can limited one vendor character per account or Per character,
3. NPC Vendor can charging 1000-5000 gold per day (24 hour), if not.... the NPC Vendor will die and drop all item to the ground (Free to loots by other player).
3. To keep the NPC vendor alive.. Player can pay the NPC Vendor in advance for as many day as they wanted that way player can't complaint about losing their stuff.

A system that makes it easier to connect, like a que system so you dont have to restart the game one million times like it is now.
And I think when you should be granted a spot at the server if you get to sign the image verification!
