Horrible cap this time...

By the way the only thing i have been asking since i started play is that GMs actually did their job and enforced their rules, took them like 1 year to find the obvious solution (even if partial) to CCF and they even had the geniality to do it straight after cap when most ccfers had already +7 their weapons,then you wonder why people complain?

Say that it is a free game and you really have no clue about what is run a company and offer to your customers (yes many people buy silk so are actually customers) the service they deserve.

thats why im gonna farm alot at 64, then 0 gap from 65 to 70 and pick up the extra 26k sp and ill be full farmed at 70.

Snipers are alright for drops but if you want to farm at lvl 72 (with new weapon), niya guards is the place to farm for sp, tabs and elements (wind 4). Around x-407 y 2590 (north west of Taklamakan)

And if your sick of leveling up without new skills why wont you take a break, Do say as if SRO is the only thing you do, need and want in your life. And Duh is it THAT ANNOYING TO LOSE SOMETIME IN A GAME... COME ON ITS JUST A GAME...

You think i have to work for Joymax to see that 9/10 of people at snipers/mage/generals bot, wake up lol.

I don't get why you have the idea SRO is the only thing i do or that i'm not aware it's a game.

It's a game i like, and i playied it regardless of botters and i probably will until i get bored but i still i don't get what it has got to do with pointing out that GMS were dumb blocking CCF after cap raise( i think anyone with common sense would have done it before) and that their war against bot was just a placebo as the hundreds of botts in takla prove.Enlighten me?

As i said to the other poster,if you think it is an opinion that they lied about bot war,just check takla, with your eyes open if you can, it may takes hours to meet someone levelling manually.

I don't mind if people ccfed their weapon to +7 i don't have problems with money,the day ill want one too i'll just make but as i said enlighten me on how it changes the fact that they were dumb stopping it after cap raise?

I never said i didn't like the game,if i didn't i wouldn't be here at all,it's exactly becuse i do like it and do play it that i can express an infromed opinion on how GMs are running it.

You think they are doing well against the botters?

You think it was wise from the to let people CCF on their 3rd tier items before fix it?

If your answer is no to both question then what the hell is your point?

they were doing fine with the bot "war"

till they got smacked in the face about the website security so they simply had to change their plans and move the bot "war" as a second point.
i expect the same after the new server is opened something that will happen in about 2 weeks i guess
so i expect this week another (small) banlist but after that i want to grind bot free again as long as i report i want those banned or at least checked something that sure happened when they started that bot war.

some points are more important at a certain moment.

People were doing massive botting straight after cap raise and everyone that actually play the game will know it;site hacking happened long after it so i really don't see why you guys like to fool yourselves.

by allowing the CCF briefly at the beginning of the cap that insured there would be a few players with the high ++ weapons an gear, all the more reason for other players to buy silk and try to keep up with them. Since the whole motivation for the system is "he/she has it , i must get it as well!" so look at it that way and it's not a bad business decision at all

You hardly ever see a real player grinding anymore, if it continues they'll just call it quits in the end. They'll realise that if they wanna ban all the bots they may as well just hit the switch.

Silkroad is not yet to the point of being a "cash cow" it has alot of life in it and it shouldn't be threatned this way.

Give up long term profit,when it's obvious that this game is a great chance to get it, and give up the chance of gain a good reputation just to get a few pounds asap isn't really smart.

Just think how many people would play a game by Blizzard just becouse they have a good name.

Also i would be more then happy to spend the money (1000-1500 silk) to +7 my weapon and maybe even 1000 ish silks to +5 my set if i knew that the competition was "fair" ;if i know that people just CCFed to +7 their weapon i know i won't bother,and i'm sure many think this way

The forum security has been a well-known problem for nearly 12 months, and borat wants us to believe they've dropped everything to jump on it as soon as it became evident.

Of course they didn't do that because they've been way too busy building more servers that they know they don't have the manpower to look after, because they know exactly how much in $$USD$$ each server generates, despite the problems this game has.

There is no war on botters and never will be, it's a lie designed to fool noobs and little more.

that s the problem of item mail games, whoever cheat the most or is rich in real life will be powerful. in p2p games, ccf or rich ppl don t matter because everyone has to pay 15usd per month. this is my last item mail game^^ also sro is expensive with 130+47 silk ( at least ) per month, and 4.6 usd for a dam astral is crazy lol :roll:

that is sad when you see glaviers or bladers who added a few int or had a bad build beating you for exemple, because they only win w/godly items, if your gears were the same you would get them easily

As has been said before, boycott silk.

1) If this gets them going to get their act together, well and good.

2) If they still sit on their asses cos their getting enough money from the botters anyway, no love lost there since if you continued buying silk you're just paying for a service you don't enjoy as much as you should.

I don't mind large pots,make the pvp more group based wich is a good thing in my opinion, what is making this cap bad is that many people have nothing to grind for but SoSun with this little problem:

A botter can grind just for drops as much as he wants a "manual player" gets bored fast,or at least i do knowing that i don't need any exp/sp nor have any way to improve my set apart from getting SoSun.

Also Sosun drop rate is by far too high,and the difference with normal items is too big in my opinion.

TOO HIGH OMG? there like 20 or 25 sosun items on each server...its way too low

You know how the Far East takes their GF so seriously, you don't suppose that maybe this isnt an accident but a way for those GFers to have a roosting area that people arent really going to care for???
