i remember xians old high levels and bot i miss them even the bots because they were never as bad as they are now

now bots are stil out of controll and high levels have too much power and it gets to there heads

i remember dee bee spawening 500 isy's at hotans gate. I remeber seeing people lvl 4 one minute and lvl 60 the next with full som+8 gear.

I remember 1 guy killing like 50 of us and none of us did more than 500 dmg to him.

The real early on of SRO turnd me off fast and made me think joymax was incompetant tbh . There security was so lacking a 12 year old with basic knowledge of SQL could make himself a gm or shut down the game entirely.

I stopped playing sro for about 6 months i came back to it once GG was in .

And yeah autopot killed pvp, before a player with nprmal gear could kill an sos users if he was good and knew how to prepot attacks and when to stack chains,stuns,kds to keep the other from recovering .

Thats what i don't under stand about asian games . They make the grind long and long and um long and hard as hell. Then they make the pvp and skills so simple and so few. On top of that they take the 1 part of pvp that is skill reliant and make it automatic....

b4 pvp was challenging you had to use both hands now ...hahahah press 4 buttons. large scale pvp is still fun kinda ,but its still waterd down way too much.

Good times. I liked it back then, because you could do a trade run on a camel by yourself. People used to be nice back then.

Anyone remember when there was a rollback, and afterwards they increased drop and exp rates for a few weeks? That was fun.

Now that you make me think...the game WAS funner before autopot came in... :shock:

You couldn't run into a pack of tigers without getting pwned. Now, all you do is go full in and let autopot handle the rest >_>

I guarantee you that if it wasn't for autopot, It would be 10x harder to kill a unique.

i remember the days where i was lvl 3x killing taoist as a str glaiver (oh the countless times i sat to heal burn)

i remember when people actually got force skills to save pots

i remember when auto-pot was first intergrated and i refused to use it because it "wasted" more pots, imo

i remember nicer people (once i was a hunter and was pwned by a lvl 38 thief, he resed me and gave me a lvl 48+3 glaive

weird, but cool nonetheless)

i remember when any build but pure is crap

i remember finding +3str/+3int gear gave as much joy as sos (not quite, but almost)

i remember when no one called anyone a bot

i remember back in the days when srobot was still in chinese only. my cs team and i moved to athens and i botted all the way to like 34. i was owning cuz i the shlt with my 32+3 glaive. my guild went trading and we got Farking pwned by 1 52+ theif called msquared. i swore to get revenge for him when i botted to his level too. he must have been a hardcore bottr i thought at that time. i only intended to bot to levle 37 and only use it for auto potting. but ingame auto potting got implemented into the game and the bot became the only way for me to level.

To be honest manual hp/mp in pvp FTW. Still .... it beats automatic potting anyday.

As for the topic: I remeber time, when i found out of sro, i also heard that Int ice bow is the best build, so i made one... :banghead:

Anyway, i made it to like lvl 2x and quited, then came back, and been hoping from a server to a server since then, finally i find alps as my last home

as for auto pot, ppl would use some macros for it, but yeah, was more interesting :cry:

I think auto pot will become pointless when euro hits isro.
In ksro teamwork is everything, 30 sec pot delay changed the game so much lol

agreed. I remember the days without autopot, I think I remember the days before party match (not sure though; I think it was there when I started), the days without monkey, cash shop etc. SRO was really fun then it was always an accomplishment for me to get a new skill, I thought wolf bite spear was the best move ever and was maxing it out, but SRO was fun and it was much more innocent.

one chat bar was so annoying.... but I dont like the new animation of the sp and xp energy spheres or whatever coming at u after u kill something. I would much rather they had banned 2 bots lol.

Hmm I was wonderign .. as I like started a character for the first time like an hour after troy was released ( Lag ) and I kinda knew nothign about the history of the game.. was Tory like uhmm .. the beginning of 'beta'?
