Spawning monster scrolls during the "bugged" time period was a violation. There was an announcement about it. Also it consisted of High levels spawning on Low levels in Low level areas.

Fly - stop asking why Fly was banned. You should be asking why you were unbanned. etcetc. Do I have to go through this again? lol. Ask your wife!!!
