Nice theory except for the fact that a bot lvls slower than legit, and that a full int spear can one shot shamans, in empty areas (player wise) you can really grind fast. You also didn't include quests which give you 10% extra exp
It IS possible if you play intensively for 20+ hours a day, so that's either a bot or shared account, in this case a shared account.

What is the point in comments like "noob int", "will get owned by pure str 72+" etc... This thread did not say OMG FIRST 80 HE OWNS WHOLE SERVER! it was just stating that he was the first 80.

Also people saying "omg no life!" and such, its 3 people on the account, the account was pretty much on 24/7 until it hit 80, soooo 24/3 = 8, think 8 hours seems like alot to play still to me but im pretty sure some people still play more than that.

I dont see any problem in a shared account tbh (and i still dont really care about bots that much), eventually everyone will be a full farm 80 anyway.
