I never get +7 or 8 item drops, but I get more +3 and 4 drops than most. I'll get a +3 or 4 item every 10 or so drops without compensation.

i had a +5 bow becuase my union mates give me money
and i beg people for gold.

random people are more generous than my union.

101 gold total from non-union members
6 gold total from union members
