The guy who do alchemy legally = idiot, the guy who do alchemy illegally = CCF, fraud etc.... (Bad guy anyway)
So one way or the other, don't do alchemy at all!
Warning: when you see +7 or higher weapons or any kind of gears in the game, Plz call 911 or local hospital(the guy is idiot, he/she should stay in the hospital rather than playing games)!

oh ya on topic: I made a +9 spear from zero using only 12 elixers and 2 astral (which are still on the weapon) so I guess I owned all the CCFer's and richboyz out there. now give me a medal
