I think its gonna be the same just different mobs and weapons.

More game content is always good though the europe maps seems to be smaller than chinese areas?!? Hotan will be packed with people when european chars reach high levels. I wish we had 10 times bigger game world :P

I'll make my final opinion after I've actually tested europe stuff.
