idk SroR has already Crafting menu, its not bad but the problem becomes the same.. there are bots everywhere.. and why they are bots? cuz without bots it would take years to lvl up to 120.. if sroR had exp rates of Priv servers, no goldbots, and no outside game good selling for gold or money i can be okk with the Item mall. but yeah 120 gameplay is only item based rather than skill based.. 120char with 13d legend set/weapon/acc can whipe out 120char with same items only rare.. so ur poor= dont play sroR.. or at least dont hope to run with the big dogs... so moral becomes the same for Isro, SroR, ur not a spender? well Silkroad Online is not for u
Well, for me there is still hope. Hope that Joymax has learned their lesson with experience requirements. That they learned what they did wrong with the Trader system. That they make a game with the same setting and theme (which is amazing) and make it more fun and less grindy than the first one. Most importantly, punish cheaters and botters.
Wasn't there a conference call posted some time ago where JM had a meeting about what some of the problems where with SRO? I distantly remember something like that...

Make enough skills that you can't get em all, and some share a cool down or you just can't get 1 if you get the other, make some diversity within classes. Kinda like how some archers were fire, some were ice. But don't then make it pointless to go 1 way by making the skills useless to players at higher levels ¬.¬.
If it were up to me I'd add like 20 different weapons with their own skill trees lol.
Problem with that is simcrafter would figure out what the highest dps is and everyone would use that as a cookie cutter spec. WOW gave up the fight on specs and just made telents you can change depending on the situation. There very few talents that are a straight dps increase now.
There is already a thread about SRO2 on this forum. It's not really confirmed that it's real SRO. Search in Other SRO Versions, thread name Silkroad 2.
