Then you are suggesting to just attack like a bitch with 15 cd potions delay while my opponent potion delay is 1 sec?. Ok...

Anyways, i have a Warrior also but i rarely use skins, because i challenge myself to fight without it and gain more "experience pvping". (Tho i sometimes use bless/skin when fighting high levels lol)

IMO using skins/bless is a bit lame in 1vs1 pvp, but hey...it's their skills so they can use it =] Union members only use skins/bless against really strong players.
