Just another note that if you are signed up to the Silkroad Online Fan page on Facebook. about a month ago they were asking users what they'd like to see in SRO 2.

On the Horizon dude dont wana be a dick but i been hearing about SRO2 sense i been member of SRF. Never going happen kid, Joymax has more will to bann bots then to start all over again, the name sticks to the story, they put too much into Silkraod to be making a new one, if they make a new game it wont be SRO2,and first Ksro has to came out with it first and they wont!

That is why the thread topic said "If/When SRO2 comes out". And I hear what you're saying. I don't believe in whatever Joymax says...that is I don't believe or disbelieve them. I just wait and see what happens. Anything is possible with Joymax. The thread isn't about whether SRO2 comes or not anyways. Pay attention.

I'd definitely play it if it prevents any third party programs/bots, and has even better graphix

And higher exp rates of course. And more quests. Oh my... :roll:

same here, i'll play it but it won't pull me away from the original sro anytime afterwards, i just hope they have more pets to buy in it then what sro has now, maybe even put a couple of ability pets in the normal stables to buy

I don't like when they make a second version of MMO games.
It's lame to me.

When making a new game make a whole new concept not just a new version or fix the old one.

You may have a point there. Often sequels tend to mess things up by putting a weird new twist on the original. In the case of SRO they'd take away some of the skills/abilities that they shouldn't have and add some that are useless or unbalance. In every sequel the damages often seems to outweigh the improvements.

If joymax is going waste money making a new one, why not just fix the old one? Isro still a good game after all this years.
