What you post is an admission that you have in your possession an account (supported by Joymax) that is deemed abusive to the system, and ban worthy. You can blame Joymax, but it's clear that you should be banned from this forum as well for botting, unless you can prove to be legit.

You botted or used some kind of third party program, even PK2 editors get banned on the odd day. Your fault.

There's been multiple times in the past where they farked up and had to unbann a bunch of botters and legits due to some weird error with their "bot" detection program, which itself is a bot. No hand banning here.

I disagree. With the amount of legits out there it's hard to believe someone when they say 'Oh god my legit char was banned!!'. I really don't remember any time where they stated they accidentally banned legits either. I know they've unbanned lots of people but to say that they were all legit is a little naive. My alt got banned (level 17 no silk) and it was Pk2 edited.

I've seen people who I were so sure were legit get banned and eventually admit that they botted or used a loader at one point. I have no faith in anyone at this point =\

To be fair it could be one of those chargeback things where you chargeback on a CC and all accounts linked get banned..but probably not.

JM has never once admitted to a single fault. When they mess up, they just blame something or someone else. Portal hole, accidental bannings, whatevers. If they fark up, they'll just reset some data and be like, "Our bad, electricity in our building caused hardware malfunction."

My client auto-crashed thnks to hackshield whenever I try to work with Chrome + Word + paint.net so I can work on my paper. I never new I could be banned from the game and SRF for using Word. O shit, let me quit school so I can be "legit".

The truth is there is no point of even sending a message to them, i browsed so many forums and saw so many threads about all the banned players, all are getting one of the 3 automated letters. One is post here, the other 2 letters are similar. So why even bother sending a mail to them. And also, as all of us agreed to the ToS, we agreed that our chars are property of joymax, and even if we never use any 3rd party program, never insult scam or anything, joymax can still ban you, because they like to do so. Because the character you play is their property. So... nothing really you, or me, or anyone can do about it

No one says it's fair, but according to their ToS they can ban u and you have no right of compensation about it. No one forced you to buy silk, the game is F2P so it was your own decision to pay so the game is more comfortable to you.
I don't stand on Joymax's side, i just try to see the facts realistic, i don't like them either, but that's the way it is...

That tradition needs to be re-written because it does seem Joymax is making mistakes. When their system is banning newb acct where the chances of a level 1-5 acct is botting is really low you know the process is messed up.

The "newb" accounts that I know that got banned were ppl's stall chars and storage chars that were using multi client or the bot client. Not necessarily out botting but still using the programs. So it is no surprise those lvl 1-5 acct's got banned.

Joymax doesn't seem to be making mistakes to me. The only mistakes I see is ppl who were living in the closet that got exposed. This entire "Oh noes my account got banned and I am legit" sad stories ppl are telling is just that...... stories. Fairy tales. Fiction. Tall tales. Aesop's fables. Penthouse forums.

Lets stop the bullsh!t. End this propaganda campaign. ALOT if not all of you bastids that got banned got caught using. It is just cuz of THIS forums 'Don't ask Don't tell' policy that this whole "Joymax is doing random bans" fantasy started. Now that the non hetero's are being outted I wonder how the MODS and admins here are gonna address it.

It is an interesting scenario. And I don't envy the mods right now. Do they stick to the policy or are they gonna make exceptions or are the gonna ignore the problem and hope it goes away? Curious to see how this plays out.

What makes it 'kinda' funny is all these ppl self exposing with their boo hoo stories. I am really hoping Joymax steps up on the bans big time. Just to see who gets added to the exposed hypocrites list.

Unfortunately for you, there is no possible way (that i know of, at least) to prove whether or not you are legit. So basically, this is Joymax's bot detection system vs your word. Not too difficult picking which one to stand by on this one, especially on a forum where even MODS have been exposed as botters and banned in the past.

It doesn't matter what you did with said account, just logging in with it already breaks the ToS.


On a side note, i have never used a bot/loader/3rd party software on any of my accounts, nor did i PK2 edit on any of them. And surprise surprise none of them are banned.
