A character reset scroll, sets all masterys to 0, gives you 100% sp and lets you have the choice to change from chinese to euro.

When you start wanting to go for SP you will want to speed it up by buying exp/sp tickets. This will give you a couple months. If they let you buy sp then ppl would get it, buy all the skills then log out and never have to grind with exp tickets again. Meaning no more money for them.
