Of course its not funny at all, no one was implying that it was. The fact of the matter is he shouldn't have been up there in the first place, barefoot, on a metal top train -- and then touch a power-line, completing a very high voltage circuit between himself and the tracks. As harsh as it may sound, he had it coming when he decided to do that.

Besides, who's the genius who let him get up there in the first place? Isn't it the train facility security supposed to prevent unauthorized access like that? Or were they just sitting around gawking at him with their thumb up their ass as they did nothing?
