You're also not supposed to swear or use personal attacks against someone in game (which ultimately would result in account restrictions) but that's not happening any time soon either.

I believe you it's not the 1st time I have heard JM banning people who use loaders.
When you use tools unauthorized by JM you take a risk and sadly tou paid for it I suggest you either quit or start again.
Believe me no amount of emails will help.
The chance you have is maybe if you call them but still I doubt it.

When the game crashes, the state of the crash is "dumped" into a file so that a programmer can see what happened at the time of the crash. SilkErrSender.exe would then send the dump file to Joymax (using FTP). The idea is that the game programmers at Joymax would debug the issue and fix it in the next version. But let's face it... Joymax can't find snow in the middle of the winter, so that's just a history lesson there.
