Guess this is JM's way of balancing the game for chin vs euro with sox weapons, Chinese sox having more crit and BR than regular and euros crit/br all the same. Is euro shields max BR 20 for sox and regular? Didn't see it on nivlam.

No it's only for crit, BR 24 is max for all sun shields chinese or euro.

yea i got some daggers lvl 90 crit was like 21 (80%)..but noone wanted to buy them

They were lvl 90 and clean drop...so no blues. I was going to blue them but im very particular on items that I blue...I usually only blue and pimp last tier items and weps seeing as people will be wanting them the most and they will go for high prices

Dont bother, they are just lvl 90. You cant sell them for much, better invest money in 98 weapons.
