But to answer your question it is because people from Venus are Gods, everyone on that server is perfect and has 24/7 pvping, thieving, trading, and hunting. Their servers are filled with joy and happyness and Joymax even added happy singing birds and edited smiles on all the characters faces for them because they are so special. Venus is better than Heaven itself. You must have heard the story of the two pure prophets that came from another server, wearing their pure white robes of cleanliness from illegal programs+3. I wont right the whole magnificent story down and let you read it some day.

How does this help? I haven't checked it out, but afaik, tickets only are on 3-5hrs a day, while the calculator would (I assume, again I haven't looked) say that all the time it was on ticket. Is that correct? Even if it does factor in time, the only benefit I see would be like "I can get between this base SP and this max SP; if I don't calculate any quests into the scenario".

I can see how the range would be helpful, but all that requires is simple math. The rest happens in game, whether you're on ticket or off, questing or not, dieing etc.

Off topic: People should stop bitching about who's is better anyways. It's nice just to have it available.

I think it's useless to add the mastery level to lv120 or lv140, it just calcate the MASTERY LEVEL SP, not including the Lv100~Lv140 skills SP. Mastery SP up to Lv140 can be easily found in leveldata.txt and if you spend some time to do a small calculation you will find what's the total mastery SP needed, from Lv100~Lv140.

I'd like to see how you came to that exact conclusion. Some Venus people might be close-minded and annoying, but please don't put an exact number without any proof

If you notice, the SP requirement of a skill ~ SP of mastery -1. So by knowing the mastery SP, you can deduce the SP of a skill.
IMO, the 110 cap will be release soon, so you can give ppl what they need to calculate the sp they need for cap 110 so they can farm. I'm sure the actual pk2 has already info about skills up to lvl 120
