Here is some explanation for the image from the kSro official site:

Those are the special drops from Bird Roc.
- They are marked Seal of Sun.
- They are 6 sort in total: (head, shoulder, chest, leg, hands, boots)
- Displays effect on head and shoulder. (In case of Robe, effect on only shoulder)
- There is no difference between Chinese and European characters in appearance.
- They are exchangeable, trade-able. storage-able, drop-able, alchemy-able.

By default, those items have the following options, which can be changed by further alchemy:
- STR 6 (+100%)
- INT 6 (+100%)
- Durabilty 166% (+100%)
- Perry 60% (+100%)
- Lucky (6times)

That's actually from the KSRO Website. Although it's worded different when it's translated, but i think this is what it actually means. When translated, instead of seal of sun it's called seal of year lol. Which could honestly be any sox imo.
