If you haven't noticed Joymax's trends, updates come in increments of 5-6 months. Cap increases every summer, most likely due to that most people are out of school and that is the prime time to collect $$$$ from everyone for Gold Tickets and other Item Mall items, and then an update 5-6 months later to keep people interested. An excellent business strategy.

When ever JM makes a teaser it doesn't take too long till it get's implemented. Also they are talking about March themselves (somewhere in sro.net). I don't know if it'll be March 17th or another date but it'll come within a month.

It NEVER said march 17th. It simply said in March. The march 17th date is being taken from the pk2 file (from the client DL) of so-ok's description of the event which says "New event for Legend 4 great fun bla bla.. event time MArch 17th - April something". Something to that effect. It says the event starts on March 17th which is why people think/say the client will be opened the 17th.

Their site never said a specific date in March, just simply March.

I'm pretty sure they'll open in March since the client is already available and they've said March.

For 90 cap they didn't post a date NOR a client DL when the teaser page was opened. Thus people saying it was "delayed".
