Xbow is a more aggressive KS'er than a wizzie.

I play a wizzie myself but I KS just because if I don't KS in some areas I don't get a kill especially the starting levels around Hotan (look at maongs, buns, ujigis, penons, sonars etc...).

When a player is online and asks me politely to move a bit further and he's not in a bot guild I'll gladly do it but most characters don't notice the KS I do on them.

See, i dislike people like you. How does anyone who plays a wizard a retard? They are a strong build that can do a lot of damage. While jobbing ( because all this cape pvp shit your all talking about doesn't count at all ) a wizard has a keen advantage over most people, invisibility. Why shouldn't they use this to their advantage? It's like telling a blader not to use KD, its bloody stupid.

You are all screaming "ahh safe zone invisibility blah blah" crap, well why don't you actually;y get out there and job for once? Or have a real pvp match, a guild war in the middle of no where away from safe zones. But no, cape pvp is the real determination of why someone should play a character, right?

I made my Wizard because I like to unique hunt, PvP just sucks unless It's group based.

And there's more to it than just nuking, there's other skills too.

So whats so special about that video rofl??? He use bless and kill? And he is also with 4-5 sun parts, that wizards is nothing special.

The reason there are so many wizards are because people think damage = win. That's a given. THAT DOESN'T MEAN EVERY WIZARD IS STUPID AND CAN'T PLAY SRO FOR SHIT. another thing i hate about wizards is when lvl 24 wizards start trying to nuke say me, a 6D nuker, they have NO CHANCE of killing me, hitting 24s etc, but they give dull status which spams your universal pills -_- then you gotta turn your autopot off till its gone -_-

The point is that the majority of those 'retard who don't know how to play' are wizards because of the damage it outputs. I never once stated the build was retarded or said you had PMS. You never once agreed or disagreed with me, you just talked about things I never even mentioned and went on about PvP. Lol it's a really simple concept..

-Lots of people are stupid, in turn they think damage is amazing and the only reason to make a char (lack of bladers anyone??)

-Wizard happens to be the most noticeable damaging build

-Stupid people make wizards (notice how I never stated all wizards are stupid, there are just a lot of stupid people who use them)

resulting in the Silkroad we play. I started a new char on every new server since Gaia and every single time I noticed a mass amount of wizards compared to anything else. There are some other reasons to this (fast leveling, easy to play) but the main reason is obvious. It's happened in Greece as well

Anyway, what the guy said earlier is pretty much it. MOST people go "ZOMG I CAN 1 HIT YOU AHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA(HAxInfinity)" And that makes them feel cool and what not. Personally, when I made a wizard I just wanted one solely for plvling. To help friends and fellow legits get a decent level. But a major percentage of the rest of the silkroadians just want to think they're bad ass because they can use invisible, and then 1 hit you before you see them pop up. They're too skilled for us :O. Because that definitely takes skill.

I love Wizards. I do the tanking, they do the damaging. I guard them with fences, they share the lots and lots of kills....except They've all gone to higher levels and left me alone.

I also dont like wizards at all. Most of them but MOST are just fools who only want damage. You can rarely meet someone who didnt choose wizard because of his high damage. Most of them think they will win if they can kill someone with one or two nukes.

IMO, Wizards are one of the lesser and simpler builds. They are good to race to the cap, they can do massive damage, but than again, they are the weakest of all. A good build can tank decently and deliver good damage. This build lacks that. Besides, the skills are boring too. Just the same skills over and over again and they're not even spectacular. The highest level skills are somewhat okay, like the Earth attack that makes it look like big chunks of rock rise up from under the ground.

Bard/cleric is so much fun for me. Temptation, holding clamor, bard nukes, switch to cleric for Offering and ks a pt giant, back to bard for quick nukes...another bard adds dancing of magic, and you have a nice 5k damage increase on those speedy nukes. Two bards will ks most wizards and take less damage doing it. Tambours and swing march FTW. Cleric phy/mag def too...

As for quests, it's nice to get a few shots in and do enough damage to get a quest drop while the wizard takes most of the aggro. 6_6

Rogues are fun too, because there's that moment of terror - oh boy, I better take off DD or CE before I get smited by this pt giant I just lured and nobody else can take...(yes, on most servers except Venus)

It's fun to level and everything, but you get bored of it pretty fast. One one hand it's because I'm more of the supporter/blocker if it comes to party play and on the other... there is nearly nobody who hasn't a wizard, just to do the things you listened. Also, if you'll watch how most (I said most, not all) PvP. Always the same story: live turnover, invisible, meteor. But life control and invisible are not everything. You can PvP without them and it's funnier. It's not about who attacks first wins, it's more about skill. The video Phaidra posted just shows us an example of a weak wizard. Without bless spell he would die in an instant. remember_me could easily win without bless and life turnover, but he hasn't the skill to do so. He probably doesn't even have the most important nukes leveled. I'm not talking about the über damage nukes like meteor, I'm talking about Charged Wind/Squall. If he'd use it in combination with any ice nuke in such a PvP, Star wouldn't stand a chance. It would take a bit longer, but in the end the result would be probably the same, if he had skill.

Im not...and yea ill pvp any euro that is using HIS OWN BUFFS and not an outsiders heals/buffs ....skins are easy to work around...for me atleast... throw shield and snow on... ice wall knockback with bow...ice wall knockback..till skins are gone lol

but when i play my wizard, i lvl up about 3% then die, and i am generally very careful, net result 1% lvl per trip out to mobs
(this is solo by the way)

now for the aspect of ks, this is as bad as scamming in my book
anyone who says that survival of the fittest is just a selfish bad person no doubt about it, in real life they have no REAL friends and in the game it is the same for them, so they take out thier bad life here, (which is better than them taking it out in RL) but bad for our game,

Yes, let's all hate on wizards, who probably powerlvl 90% of all new characters. I don't see anybody complaining about wizards when they post their screenshots of having 1,000,000+ sp.

It is common sense that anyone who goes out to train is there to make as much experience as they can. How can you blame someone for trying to level up quickly? It's not wizards' fault that they usually 1 hit any regular mob. Also, it is not JUST wizards who have ks set.. almost all chars that I see when training do have it. They're also 99% bots (the 1% being me ).

Anyway, in the case of a legit player (wizard or not) with limited training time, how can you possibly expect them to give a **** about not ksing people who are all bots anyway?
