i also suggest that people that have had higher levels in other servers get priority in joining you're guild because they are USUALLY more promising.

opposite way around, people that have higher levels tend to go back because they miss they're friends/stuff in the old server, but i feel a need for change and im kinda of being on the same server since it started >.>, same pvp's same people, i want change, i just hope we dont become like venus(no competion) :]

that is true, but isn't it hard to find someone that hasn't had a character over, eh lets say 50? to be dedicated?

as long as the person remains active even if it is their first character they will learn in time , and if they continue they might even be better players than those with experience

The inspection normally is on Tuesday at around 12:00 PM SRO time

So if next inspection is on Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at 12:00 PM SRO time
It's going to be on Monday, November 24, 2008 at 5:00:00 PM Honolulu, Hawaii time.
and usually it lasts for about 3-5 hours.
(I hope that my calculation is correct)

just an advice
since i've been through all that exactly as a leader
You know, if you set this thing right, you're gonna go through an awsome, really, awsome adventure.

My advice is, get a vent set up, make friendships before the server starts, and organize a forum, plan most things out, and then when the server opens, dont forget to recruit a good mass of ppl that are ACTIVE IN GAME first.
Seriously, if i could reroll life, and go back to when Hera opened, i would, but only if after i changed somethings i could "go forward to today" again xD

^Well, in my opinion, the point of grouping players from SRF is not to make a legit server, its to have fan, to cap fast (due to party playing), to make new friends.

I was there for the first month, hardcore playing, was always in the highest lvl legit pt.
For 1 month, i had the best fun EVER, it didnt work really, but that month was so much fon, so yeah, just go for it
