Hold the fortress til you can vote for a new guild leader and let gold pile up during the time. If they are willing to leave the guild and have all against a new fortress then that'd be lulz, but I'm sure first thing would be more chosen by the guild and union the second. If the guild fortress owner got banned.

Your theory would work but it has one flaw.. Fortress Guild Leader has to register for fortress every two weeks..

Well if I remember correctly, the guild would have to wait 45 days for the leader to not log on. Then they could vote for a new leader. So that'd be 45 days without fortress management.

the last few times when i tried to register an account it said my ip had already registered the maximum # of accounts which was 15. i thought it meant they were lowering that # to 10 prbly to slow down the ammount of gold bots that keep popping up. less accounts per ip means more proxies and effort theyll have to put in.

i havent played sro in months and recently started playing again cuz of the halloween event.
my bro also just got his own comp so he would finally b able 2 try the game and the other games that i stopped playing sro 4. but by the time we installed and patched it was late, so he just made a char and i gave some items i had rotting in store and dumped a load of my event scrolls on him.
we go 2 play 2 day and his account is banned. i mean wtf its a lvl 1 char that we didnt even get 2 play yet. i dont even think it left the city gates. i doubt he even knows what a bot is has hes never played online games b4. he didnt have his own comp so only had the ps2 2 play on. and seeing as i installed my download of the game that i got from the sro website i know we didnt install anything dodgy.

i, just like u used 2 think when i saw ppl who claim 2 never bot get banned that they were probably just bs'ers, but now failmax have proved 2 me that they ban random accounts for fun. which makes the reason y these weekly bot bans r not freeing up the servers make complete sense. i really wish they wudnt keep giving me reasons 2 stop playing this game. the thought of grinding is depressing cuz u grind for hours and then loose all that exp u just got by dying in a lag, not 2 mention how easy it is 2 ks a warlock...
