So by the looks of that its like.. 1 out of 70 boxes you'll get a wizard item. Assuming that you were unlucky my estimate is that you'll get 1 out of 50 turn ins you'll get witch suit.

i bet the drop rate and the witch suit drop rate calculation got all fcked up..... damn i should of grinded those 1 hour when i was on... i was pvping i feel stupid now :9

It's not a bug - it's 10 tikets from CTF for a reward and 1 box for reward. Every box event i remeber, it was like this.

the easter event was 1 box = 1 reward wasnt it? so surely it must be the same for this?

If it's not bug can u imagine how many scrolls we will collect in 2 weeks??? u will end up Npcing different gender witch suits.
But as i remember in old events reward was for 10 boxes.
