d2u, i do really appreciate the support you give SG. 500m gold arent peanuts to any1. its a shitload of gold. wow... but wth, if you got these connections, saying your friend is a white-hat... isnt it possible to trace back the hacker? im not involved in hacking business, but since the moron just posted here... well, just my 2 cents. i'd hate to see SG hacked again.

Consider sro forums as the main forum of this game so why not ask such things there first? it was a decent option for him, too bad he just got hit by the ban hammer no need for you to act so bad about it.

I do whatever I can to help out when a person is in need. To answer your question... yes, it's possible and it's also possible for an account to be immuned to "hacking", however I will not go into details. Most of the posts in this forum that show you how to "Not Get Hacked"... are BS (even tho they do help a little).

That is only assuming the script kiddy that posted here was the hacker and not some child taking recent events and using them to get attention and cause drama. I will not go into details on this as it does not matter. I know someone who knows who it was and knows for a fact the guy that did it does not speak english. Only Hebrew. Script Kiddy may know the guy but he was not the guy.

The difference between what D2A posted so far and what the script kiddy posted. I know for a fact that some of that info D2A posted is accurate. I am sitting here looking at it even now. Script kiddy just had his mouth.

So even if D2A and his friend got the guys IP and info from the forum. Even if they trace him down. It is likely not the guy. And even with what they have shown so far I highly doubt D2A and his friend can read the main SRO DB and track down the login and transactions. Breaching the bot server is one thing. Breaching joymax's servers is something else. Not impossible mind you. But still the day that happens more than botters have reason to fear.

Sad, almost everyone I knew is gone I hear.

I dunno how to move or click or use skills LOL

I accidently sat down and didnt know how to make my character stand back up.

Well, I tried again, after about 20 "Disconnected from server", after typing some image thing out every time, I realize why I like clicking the other icon on my desktop.

That, and seeing DucK_Egg has SOSun weapon combo.

honestly, what do you mean? if i think of securing my account - and none of mine has been hacked before - then stuff like frequently change of pw, alphanumerical password, email, not visiting suspicious sites - just like our script kiddie's one - comes in my mind. anything wrong with that? i mean, common sense should be helping, shouldnt it?

true. didnt think of that, blame me. but well, even this kid deserves to be "taught some lesson". and im not talking about stripping accounts.

well, idk about D2U's, his friends, yours, anyways any "hackin" skills in here. i highly doubt the SRO DB, i fully agree here. but i'm quite sure that there must be any possibilities to find out who it was.

imho, strippin SG's account is not only stripping any account - its like destroying the dream of someone who has been legitly working on his account for ages, someone who provides us the most popular forums, someone who deserves to be honoured, not stripped. and the moron who did not show any respect at all has to be punished. i do know that _every_ single stripped account is a gruel, but this is simply too much at all.

Good thing about bots. They are to busy botting etc for sosun gear to actually go out much. Even at 73 I get plenty of action.

Fly can vouch for the last two days. Balto and noella spain thursday. CSI and a few hmong after multi last night.

I have played WoW and I know what is better about it. And frankly it still sucks. Even with all the BS I still play SRO. Been at it since 2005 and no plans to stop yet. And when I do I don't think I will be going to WoW. Even Granada Espado could not hold my interest. It is the job system in SRO. It is in my experience unique and I love it. :love:

lol. i helped them do a huge 5 star and not a single thief could get anywhere near it. the big name bots with sosun are always afk. the noob bots are easy to kill.

lol same here, i logged on to my 64 int char the other day, just for funz. Couldn't do anything really, felt like i have never played before.

We need to get you to tag along a bit more. It was a good sized run to be sure. But we have run much larger. We had one run that got so big the traders were poping eachother, most fps were below 10, and we were dcing people we passed as well as ourselves.

I'd be happy to help too. I bumped into BH doing a multi a few days ago, they said it was to help Sui so i huntered up. Only bumped into a few high lvls and they didnt last long. If your planning a big one i can get rezers and other good legits that will help. :wink:

hacker got on after inspection last night. i wasn't able to log on in time. to my surprise, not only am i still in BH and still at 65%, i also am the proud new owner of a 52 spear and a 47 prot chest lol. hooray for hackers actually improving my situation lol.

the only bad thing is that he was apparently begging for gold in all-chat. that makes me ashamed...
