hmm so even if we can put bleed and division on it, we aren't allowed to since mangyangs are the only mobs that we can do this dmg test to and they die on the first stroke of lightening chain? I guess i'll have to go back and re-do the screenshot ><

First, that was a great shot.

Second, can you show a screen of your bow? On another post we trying to find the dmg formula and the data from a full farmed lvl90 it can be really usefull, but I need to see all the stats of your bow to apply the formula.

Ok, looking at your stats you should have 455 str points and 187 int points that give you this balances:

Mag Balance: 48,196
Phys balance: 111,512

(char screen numbers are round to lower values so it should show 111 and 48 values)

Looking at your bow, your masteries and stat points your attacks on char screen should be:

Phys attack: 4396,9895
Mag attack: 2781,734

(on "C" screen rounded to 4396 and 2781)

Skills:
Stong bow: 777 +350%
Fire imbue: 1097 +100%

Buffs:
Phys: 9(buff)+ 9(passive)+ 5(avatar)+ 10(prem plus) = 33
Mag buff: 15(buff)+ 5(avatar)+ 10(prem plus)= 30

So I apply this formula:

Phys = (base + skill_pow * mastery_incr - Phys def) * balance * skill_mult * buff&passive * multiplier

and

Mag=((base + imbue_pow )* mastery_incr - Mag def) * balance * skill_mult * buff&passive * multiplier

I will use this values of multiplier (values that I found using my char):

Phys Multiplier: 1,276772606
Mag Multipier: 1,287004542

Phys dmg= (4396,9895 + 777*1,90 - 7) * 1,11512 * 3,5 * 1,33 * 1,276772606 = 38879,29

Mag dmg= ((2781,734 + 1097)*1,90 -10) * 0,48196 * 3,5 * 1,30 * 1,287004542 = 20770,95

Crit dmg= 2*phys dmg + mag dmg = 98529,53


Zerk crit= 2*crit dmg= 197059,06

So I miss on 197059 - 194521 = 2538. Even when it wasnt exact value I think we are going on correct direction if I get just 1,3% error ^^.

One question to Amalie, ¿did you try several times or this was the first crit that you got? because maybe the formula is correct and you just dind't get your highest possible dmg on that shot. If you have time to help us you can try to shoot some other mangyans to compare. You just need to use strong bow with your physical buff active, no imbue and see if your highest possible dmg is 38879 (the value that formula predict for no imbue nor zerk). When you see that your highest dmg repeat (it can take up to 10 minuntes find the highest dmg that repeat exact same value), that it will be the number to compare with 38879.

Anyways, if you cant do it because you dont have time or its too boring dont worry, Now at least we know that the formula can predict the dmg with 1,3% error for other build than mine =).

It might not be the highest damage she can hit. Maybe she can hit higher. Try it using an attack ratio scroll, you might get a higher damage. :]

I belive what your formula is showing is the maximum dmg i can possibly achieve with enough attack rating. Even then im not sure anyone can reach there maximum dmg unless there is a cap on attack rating?

And to the_wicked, lol not fixing anything on the bow, not worth the risk of loseing either of the 80% whites, especialy when the increase in dmg of making the reinforces higher is so tiny it wouldnt be noticable.

You hit your max dmg..You just hit it more often if you have higher attack rating/hit ratio (same thing just called different ;D)
