This has nothing to do with venus, there is no legit movement. Joymax actually said this would be a clean and bot-free server, which it is obviously not, so im out. I hope you have fun dealing with 12D sosun +12 sets in a couple of weeks.

There is no big legit movement, because cowards like you just give up as soon as they see bots. I know it's your decision, but i really think we shouldn't just leave the server already. We could already have quite a big legit community, if the legits wouldn't just give it up after 2-3 days. Also if we don't stay on the server, Joymax will obviously never ban the bots, because the bots are the main customers and there are no legits on the server (since most of the legits left the server after 2-3 days). It would maybe look different for Joymax, if we would stay on the server and if we would try to fight for the server, but like this there really is no reason for them to keep the server clean.

I'm with Kronos, we have to keep pushing until they give in. Keep posting on their free board about bots, keep playing, form legit unions, get the whole venus movement going on. If there's ever going to be a turning point for silkroad, this is it. This or SRO2.

I expect the new SRO2 to be casualized. Probably next year we'll finally hear and see something besides "Yeah we're working on it"

I swear I hope they refined the job system, because the stages they went through isro was good -> somewhat perfect(7 day wait, doesn't save stats, easy to find out who you are with alias) -> shit

If they make the job system what it was the 2nd time this is what I'd change to make perfect

-24 hour job change
-Stats save even if you switch over jobs
-Give them a bunch if job weapon/gears skins to purchase

Bam. Perfect. Hell even include the job items from the joke of a third system through jobbing and finishing your job. inb4 you can scan your opponent even if in suit again.

This system failed in isro , it just a matter of time when it will fail in here

I really liked this game alot as well but there are lots of other games with developers that actually try. Dont even try putting this on the legit players, but take a look at the old game design, lackluster updates and general effort on the GM's account. Really this is the only MMO that does not get regular skill updates since balance usually always is a little off with these kind of games. Every other good comparable game that I played did get frequent updates.

Well, i judge him by what i see here and now and not by things that may have happened in the past. I don't know them anyway, as i have never been part of the venus confederation. But i do know, that we can still enjoy the game together, if we just want to. Also from what it seems the GM's are actually listening to the players and forward it to the "higher ups". It may take a while until the higher ups make decisions regarding the game, but they already changed Holy Word from 100% resistance to 50% resistance, because the players wanted it. I am sure they would also listen to the legits, if they would just have enough influence on the server, but right now it just doesn't seem like it. Most of the legits are just giving up and handing the server over to the bots without even fighting.

@TheDrop: I rather think they will do, what the major part of the community wants, simply because they get more money from satisfied customers. Unfortunately they can only satisfy either bots or legits and the other party will get pissed off. And of course, they'll pick the party, which has more influence on the server, everything else would just be plain stupid.So in the end in my opinion it's not Joymax that makes a legit server, it's the SRO community. The community has to show them that it's worth it for them to keep the server clean.
