Joymax both develops and publishes the game. What you want is another publisher. This is why all over versions of Silkroad have better services (cSRO, tSRO, jSRO).
kSRO and iSRO are both managed by Joymax. If iSRO fails, Joymax falls. Meaning there's no more company to support any other version of Silkroad.

Well, silkroad or not you can always find something else that is better and have fun playing that. I had a lot of fun on silk while it lasted in beginning but its gone now. I still keep in contact with all my guild cause we enjoyed playing together. Were currently looking for something new to look into that will keep our intrest.

it would be nice to get a few answers, sure there are many speculations like joymax gets paid by the gold companys and Joymax actually sells isrobot them selfs, but it would be nice to get clarification on what is really happening. Yes it has been believed by many for quite some time (including me) that the reason they never really banned bots is they dont want to ban any paying customers, but 1 question I have is what was the bot ban like 6 months back when they banned like 1,000 bots per server, I know when they did that they never did ban paying player bots since the lists were just random names of gold bots, did JM come up with some type of agreement with gold companies to make money if they didnt ban them? or was the whole ban just a hoax to make players think they were actually working at the problem. What ever happened to the quote "The war on bots continues". One funny thing is Shan that I was one of the people posting multiple times in that thread that you said got you in trouble.

Yes, i need to know becuase i feel liek i deserve to know the Truth, because i was a paying customer. Every customer has rights , you of all peopel should know this. What i do will be up to me. And you tellign me or not is up to you. But i would like to know because it is one of the rights i earned when i 1st charged silk to buy a PT and when my money was used to pay for salaries.
