agreed, its nice to have a group of people to play with, chatting leveling, jobbing(soon), and its all in a fun pressure free environment. We share drops that way everyone has up to level equipt and its really something to have a fun working euro party, sometimes people stop when traveling by to look at our madness lol,way better than soloing any day IMO

the problem i see in this style of addiction to other people is...if anyone wanna grind in the time nobody of the others is online...there will be soon a lvl difference which is kinda high :/

Yep, I remeber when I was something around 45 or something. My guildmate Safira was 64 and she was so happy when she got new staff I remember that. well now then when im 56 shes already 76, and I thought I could get closer to her lvl even a little bit but quess I failed once again.

Sorry to dissapoint but this probably won't work.

You guys aren't organized at all. As someone said before,get Skype or Vent. You can't organize on a post on SRF =/

IMO the only way to do it is if you do it with IRL friends.

Chat is sufficient for Sro and Sometimes even better to avoid alienation to those that dont wan't to use their voice.

Take a look at the biggest guilds on Iris,I can assure u,non of them actively use Skype,yet 3 of them have The fortress.

First, not specifically Skype,any VoIP program.

Second, not saying VoIP is important for actual party play,just for them to get organized Using an SRF post to organize such a thing isn't really efficient.

Were not using srf for just comunication, were using it for recruitment mostly, and the core members do talk on skype and in game about levels and locations, it's just a little bare because the American half of the thread hasn't joined the guild yet, everyones still separted.. Due to time difference mostly.
