from what i experienced was i just sit back and let the warlock debuff me, let him switch to his warrior weapon and let him cast his skins, then i just force cure all his debuffs so he cant kill me, his skins run out and hes dead :S
Just phantom away after he sprint assaults so he can't close the gap.
or he can terminate his skins early just to debuff me again...
There arent any good warrior/warlocks on babel though.
my sets gone due to 90 cap anyway.
You dont need a fire wall for warrior/lock. That sun force fire bowman on alps shouldve been able to take u out had he had light maxed instead of fire.

Then you have never faced a real warrior warlock. First of all, after being debuffed, you should be stunned by warlock skills, then i swap over to me sword and shield, sprint assault and start attacking (your still stunned, just coming out) As soon as i see you attempt to use force healing, kb, its canceled. and your likely dead at this point because my daring beserk on a full garm +6 set does 2-2-3-3 k damage, thats 10k, plus hidden which is 6.5k, plus quad stab which is 3-2-2-3, throw a crit in there and its even more over kill.

It kind of saddens me to hear all these stories about war/locks and I just have to shake my head in disbelief at how people can be so damn terrible with a great build. I guess there are not people that play a game, learn it, and then use that knowledge to become better. Most of them are stuck in the "spam skillz and i winz lololo " mode....its sad Vapore and I have a riot on alps, its great because we seem to be the only ones with real war/locks.

Soon as pvp starts the warlock/cleric starts debuffing with everything, including fog sight and decay ( on a glavier? wtf lol. ) It's not a build to expect to learn once your 80 and farmed, you must be acquainted with it to learn how to react and how you play your moves. Lol. Once or twice, i went to the wrong skill bar, and i put up physical and magic screen on my enemy I was really tired that day but i still won cuz it was an inter...and they are the easiest to kill

Heh, you talk as if it takes any skill to switch from rod to 1h sword... Maybe you haven't fought anyone who actually knows how to fight a Euro char, a 1h/warlock for that matter... That or you've been fighting too many Chinese builds, 'coz Debuffs work like wonders on them.

Seen and fought so many warrior/warlocks & rogue/warlocks even cleric/warlocks, they're only really good on Mass Pvps when they have numbers on them where they can pick off targets easy and avoid being targeted, otherwise they're just trash... Stuns can really be annoying though, it's like 100% rate... Ohh and a noob warlocks doing outside Lv 1 scream mask buffs... 35% Probabilty my ass...

Not trying to put u down, must be a fun build, but tone the smugness down a little, it's nowhere near being that good of a build. BTW, how much pills do you burn out? Recovery is cheap but those cure ones can get expensive, Hehe...

lvl 80 pvp? Either troy is complete trash when it comes to euros, or your in low lvl pvp in which case everything is different.

As for the pills...universals are dirt cheap, and i hardly ever have to use the special ones. I can waste 50 pills of my opponent and use maybe one of my own.

Any chinese build is easy to kill so i wont bother with them. As for owning euro builds:

Warrior:
1h/warlock- Same build in pvp, the gear and the skill of the player is what makes a difference here. Its really anyones game.

2h/cleric:
At first glance, it seems to be a tough fight, but in honesty, its not. The warrior will use bless and have holy word on. Since your 1h and have a shield + phy def passive, you can tank them well. Spam kb and sprint assault as much as possible. If for any reason your hp goes low because he stuns you and crits, swap to warlock, shield bash, stun, and using your vampire skills (can use 3 in a row because one is fast cooldown) your hp is full. Go back to warrior for extra def and continue with the bashing him around. After he uses iron skin, put yours up. Not you just wait it out. No one should die in this period. Once his iron is gone, shield bash, sprint assault, warlock rod: stun-panic-advanced reflect. Swap back, and start attacking. Every time he does his lvl 80 skill, use your kb. Most of the time you will cancel it by kbing him. When he does land a hit on you, hes hurting himself. WIth your around 300 extra phy defense over him, he will go down faster than you. (you also have a higher damage return)

ROUGE:
Fairly easy. Dont bother with warlock here. Iron skin, sprint and just kill him. You have 45 seconds of immortality against his attacks, he will run or die.

WIZARD:
The only time i lose to a wizard is if im pvping someone and they attack me, or im standing around and they pop out of invis...not really pvp. They kill me once and only once. After that, put on vital increase (29k hp ftw). Soon as he comes out of invis, put on mana screen, sprint to him to stun/kb him. His attack is canceled, and now a quad stab will kill him. If not, a slash finishes him off.

For added fun, use warlock on his ass. Stun him as soon as u see him, put on hidden, then sleep and sit on the ground. In a few seconds he blows up and you can just laugh. Or, use advanced reflect...nothing better than sending a wizard back to town when he nukes you and kills himself

CLeric
Sometimes a long fight cuz they heal, but their lack of attack skills makes them a no-threat enemy. You need to keep stunning and doing kb to stop his healing and eventually he will die. If hes foolish enough to stop healing and attacks you, he dies. If he uses bless, go into shield bash, and sprint spam mode. Make use of warlock double stuns and soon enough his bless is gone.


Name any build for me, and i will tell you how to fight it. I have died before, but anything can happen in luck. In a best of 10 match, I have never lost.

I would also bet my money on the 1h/2h/Cle actually.

In "God" mode, 1h to dull, switch to 2h to knockdown, triple swing, bash *opponent gets up* then daredevil. If you cant KB daredevil, then that's it. If triple and bash crits heavily, then it could even be an earlier KO.

I've even heard of people could actually use that 3 combo in a hurry when the opponent is down. That should be some total pwnage.

The advantage of a Warrior/Warlock over a Warrior/Cleric is 2 things. Firstly their ability to instantly stun the W/C and secondly their ability to disable Recovery Division through panic status. They can also give bleed but that's not really that bigga' deal in the scheme of the other two.

From playing a Warrior/Warlock build before (capped at 80 etc etc) The only challenging build i have found is Rogue/Cleric...

There is no combination of Chinese character that has beaten Vapore. Prime example - Brazy Sun+6-7 SET plus 64+9 SoSun glaive. Without doubt Warrior/Warlock during this cap has been superior to ANY chinese build in 1v1 situation.

Warlock are effin' strong and make effin' good sub-classes on SKILLED players. Seriously, it takes practice to learn all the switching and skill timings.

And Vapore is mine so piss off the lot of you lol. The PPC party did run a muck back in the day - of which will return at 90cap

I predict that at the 90 cap apart from the Chinese having a few new skills to play around with, in terms of deadliness it will be the same, if a Cunning Stab is close enough to killing a pure strength, and kill with a critical, it will most likely be the same at the 90 cap only a lot more damage, seeing as how Cunning Stab is maxed at Lv 90, making it one of the strongest Warrior skills, allowing 1h warriors once again to be the dominating Warrior type.

I thought Cunning stab will go up to 120 ? Or do you mean at lv 90 we will have a 90-Cunning, instead of level 80 with a lv 78 Cunning as in the previous cap ?

One quick question Vapore, without debuffs, how much damage to you inflict upon an average STR user ( at 80-cap ) with Cunning Stab, Daring Ber, Cunning when Dull, Cunning when dull & Knockdown and finally, Cunning when dull and knockdown and debuffed

Also i'm trying to make a 1H-Cle. Do you think it will suck too much ?

Yea I meant at 90 cap, its a capped skill, meaning its one of, if not the most powerful warrior attacks.

Cunning Stab Normal: 3k > 1.8k > 2k > 3.5k
Daring Berserker: 2k > 2.6k > 3k > 3.3k

Cunning Stab With Dull: 3.8k > 2.2k > 2.6k > 4.2k
Cunning Stab Dull + Knockdown: 5k > 2.7k > 3k > 5.8k

Cunning Stab, Decay , Division, Dull, Knockdown: 8k > 4.2k > 4.8k > 9k

A lot of people would argue that a Warrior Cleric is superior in every way, for example it being slightly immune but not completely, but the fact is Warrior Cleric is a defensive warrior, you wont get the most out of your Recovery Division as a pure strength with a melee weapon, as it has no magical attack, Recovery Division needing magical attack power to boost its healing strength, not to mention Recovery Division it self can be interrupted for 15 seconds by Panic, and your basically just a Warrior. Its not a bad build, and im sure there are lots of uses for it especially in group fights, then again Warrior Warlocks are just as capable in group fights, you just have to be quick (Hence you need actual skill). The decision is totally up to you, I just find the two to be either highly offensive, or highly defensive.
