-Job Description-
This position is responsible for providing services to game users via Forum Moderation, answering email inquires, processing users requests and questions, game support, and community management duties. Employees will also be responsible for sharing server monitoring duties with the Headquarters in Korea, and will work closely with developers and GMs in Korea to ensure smooth game operations and a higher quality of support for game players.

-Qualifications-
- High school diploma. *required*
- College student or graduate. *preferred*
- Must be able to work in San Jose, California.
- Must be fluent in English. *reading, writing, speaking*
- Must be U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have U.S. work permit.
- Silkroad Online player. *preferred*
- General experience with Massive Multiplayer Online Games.
- Basic computer knowledge. *MS-Office Word, Excel, Power Point…etc.*
- Good communication skills and a team player.

i applied, but the pay sucks and it is not worth relocating to Cali (even though they have the finest herb!) from florida!!!

Joymax contacted me last Friday and offered me a position where I will mostly be dealing with customer service, among other things.

Of course I had expected that since I know Joymax's Office in San Jose is powerless to do anything else. If I had taken the position and had to read all of the bug report from n00bs whining about bots all day along...

... when I respond to the whining nubcakes with this:

Thank you for your concern. We vigorously investigate all allegations of bot usage and will punish people who are caught using 3rd party program. In the meantime, please continue to support us in this game by buying Silk. Thank you

STFU n00b already and stop whining about bots. You think I like get spammed by bug reports all day long from no-life retards? It's part of the game, so accept it. We don't care about botters as long as they buy silk and help finance our game, pay our salaries, and make our stockholder happy. It's a free game so so if you don't like it... there are other games out there... and don't let the door hit you ass on the way out
