Now that is sad, although, you did say you let a low level friend use your account once in the thread, maybe they banned you for that? i think i really have lost faith in joymax's customer service now

They couldnt have made the full ban based on what happened in the forums because that was a different account, and as you said wong you havnt been able to log onto the banned account to do anything else wrong

Well, they cant ban you for that, the same reason they shouldnt have given you the 5 day ban, just because you say something dosnt mean its true, thats why they dont ban bots instatly on reports, because people might be lieing

Yes people attempting to sell accounts do get banned.

The enforcement can take a while to go into effect.

Account/Gold/Silk sale/buy is Perm ban now.
