Servers shouldn't play an important role in being able to keep players together. It is up to the community itself to bind individuals together.
But.
People like the idea to control and so people join new servers. Without Avalon, Azteca would be 'one of those servers where a small group of players joined to do a legit movement which inevitably died out.'
Who knows. Azteca might pull a Venus and people leave because they can no longer control the server. And commence the multiple legit movements. Here's hoping it doesn't (reading: Avalon's rules 'we're not doing a second venus').
CrazyBull, if you can find fun in a server with low activity, then be my guest. We played on Iris for sometime during the drop in activity until I suggested we'd go to Azteca. Because the only reason I'd ever play Silkroad Online is for the possibility to play in parties on a regular basis (only reason I came back and played on Iris). What I don't get is players from Ares are still trying to recruit players. What can you do ...

On misunderstandings,
Either you guys were completely unknown to the subject at hand or you did not read it clearly. I've reread my first post multiple times and found it to be clear enough. The conclusion says it all.
Azteca is promising and yields many players and hopefully more to come. Don't let it become a second Venus or a second Iris. Stop jumping servers - make Azteca the sole symbol of legitimacy, a stronghold. New servers will be old servers soon enough and knowing JM there will be many more servers to come. Don't think a new server will be any different.
I would only say the Venus bit might confuse people as they have mix emotions twisted up with that server. And assume that that is a hit on Venus.
Also; With the top listed summary to provide what is happening.
Result of Azteca:
Iris Players leave for Azteca.
Iris Players become botter themselves on Iris.
Iris Players quit Silkroad Online.
With thread listed as "
Iris Reporting" with following "result of Azteca," when Azteca emerged.
Note that this summary gives a listed report on the status of a % of Iris players.
Honestly. Not to take shots at posters, but this is getting old after I've explained the purpose of the thread with the follow up. But I'll go ahead and point things out.

I don't really get it either. I mean, after all you should play at where ever you want and with any of your friends_____
This comment is off topic and has no relation to the topic at hand. The topic is: legit movements. And if anyone is planning to do a legit movement, it'd be smart to join an already made movement. Note: I can't stress enough this doesn't include only Iris.
Read on legit movements:
The purpose of Azteca is to simply have fun if I am not mistaken. Then why the purpose of Azteca and not Iris?
aishsharma wrote: So true I first thought it was about people either leaving azteca and going back to old servers or turning to bots, ie legits were dying out or something______
I am so god-damned interested on how you got that from my first post.
Read on turning to bots; legits quitting:
Result of Azteca:
Iris Players leave for Azteca.
Iris Players become botter themselves on Iris.
Iris Players quit Silkroad Online.
non ego man - I'd suggest to just listen to
Equal and Chickenfeather if you're still having problems comprehending my posts.
_____
And then there was lewd of misunderstood posters who went onto server bandwagoning. For God's sake, read it all or don't reply to my post acting like you know what I am saying because I am pretty sure I wrote it to be comprehended. If you disagree and believe my writing is shoddy, then I don't know what to do - I guess go play Silkroad Online.
