Quesiton about Joymax Ethics

Post by Plastico »

we are paying money for a service/goods, yet we are not allowed to connect to the server unless we buy a "special connection" ticket.

is it legal for joymax to sell me a 1 month pet clock and a 1 month ticket which expires daily yet I can not connect to the server?

I have lost 12 hours of my 1 month gold ticket because I can't connect when I have time to play.

my monkey is about to expire but I have not been able to connect in days.

everyone who buys silk should get a connection.
if the server only holds 3500 people they should not allow more than 3500 accounts per server..

Joymax's policies do not have any ethic values.

JM does not regulate the population of each server. They allow players to create charachters in any server without a quota restriction, and why shouldnt they really?. Even though there is a lack of bot bannings (a justifiable way to temporarily reduce server traffic), JM makes up to alleviate server traffic by occasionally increasing server capacity, and opening up new servers.

Although their actions do not provide the best outcome for their customers, it is the least labour intensive. If you are going to invest in silk, you'll do well to purchase a premium ticket.

if you hire a movie you will pay, no matter if you watch it or not.
i do feel your pain, Joymax should at least try to make it possible for everyone to log in by blocking/banning bots on weekly basis.
