it was longer than 4.5 hours cuz i got on 10min before teh update was suppose to be over(cuz sometimes they open early) and it was still closed. i waited another 30min and still closed. They opened the servers and then closed them again for some reason, and then i saw 2 GMs go in Xian ut i went to bed before they came back up(1am suppose to be over)
