my start button doesnt show -_- i tried to reinstall but it says this version is usable after legend 2 update

Mine's working fine, but I think there's a problem with the servers at the moment. I know half our guild got d/ced in the middle of a war, which was annoying. (free points for the enemy when we relogged)
