Yeah, everyone hates "Party plz" because it's what you usually get from foreign people looking for power leveling.

Most people have 2 reasons to reject you for a party. 1, they don't need a chinese char in the party. 2, your level is too low. Sometimes the party is friends only, but you can still get in it because people don't mind outsiders as long as they listen to instructions.

As for asking girls out, remember, don't ask when their friends are around (cuz they might be embarrassed to be asked and try to act cool and reject straight away), and know that even if a girl likes you, they are just as embarrassed to tell you as you are.

True that, or they might accept you out of pity and apologize and dump you later. Just set the mood and you're good to go.

As for the party thing, anything other than party plz works. f4g let me in the party, works perfectly for me.
If they reject you, dun mind ^^, pretty sure it's not because they don't like you as a person..

Nitro, if you're ever around Sam, you can join my party, there are several of us that play every night, we're on Eastern Standard Time. If you're lower level, sometimes I go to the crabs to help people level and answer the inevitable "where are the hungry megalope?" questions. If you're higher level, well then can I party with you Just look for any character with Myx in it's name, it's probably me. I've got 3x pure Bard, 3x 1h/Cleric and a 2x pure Wiz.

The only time you should be embarassed to ask for a party is if you find yourself begging. If you walk up to a party and just ask, "Invite Please" you really shouldn't feel bad if rejected. Just dont be that guy who follows plevel'rs constantly saying "PARTY PLZ"

I am always in a European party with my guild, I will never ask anyone outside of the guild for parties, especially not other Chinese players, or most other Europeans as they may not know fully how a party really works, I stick to parties only with people that I know, Chinese parties...? no thanks I'd rather waste my ticket.

IMHO, clerics are supposed to res, that's one of their main jobs in addition to trying to keep the party alive and giving out buffs. OTOH if a cleric is on the other side hanging out with the thiefs trying to take your gold, I guess it's kind of pointless.

Kidding. On topic, like others have said, it's just an online game. They have no idea who you are, and you'll never see them in real life. What you do in the virtual world has no effect on the real world (unless you're trying to pick up 14-year-old girls), so don't be afraid to ask for a party. There's no reason to be.

I'm white, and I'm not afraid to "talk smack" about a black person who talks smack against me. Especially if they're using racial terms, such as cracker, bacon bits, beach-niger, bean dipper, bird shit, bleach boy, blowfish, cabbage, california roll, casper, caulkie, co(ck sauce, cocoa puff, dandruff, ditchpig, etc. I'll be sure to use racial slang in retaliation to their ignorance. I often make black jokes to my black friends, but of course they know it's all fun and games. Particularly fried chicken jokes.. Oh, those never get old.
