Where to get alchemic stones/tablets?

Ok, well I am in a decision here, I am looking at a SOM lvl 16 +3 blade for 4.5m but no blues, and I never have seen a STR or INT stone 3D, so where is the best place ot buy or get a 3D int/str stone? I've only had 1 str and int stone in my whole time playing this game (a few months..) so yeah lol.,

you buy them from other players.
if you have a global(guessing you don't) it's easy to get them that way..

problem at low lvls, degrees, people don't have to grind a long time thus not as many stones.

You could always grind yourself ofcourse, which will probably be the only way that you could get a good number of them. An hour or two of grinding should get you the tablets and elements you need to pimp your blade.
