whats going on

i try to load up sro, and then it gives me the error of having a inspection, so i wait a min, try again it loads, i try to log in, server traffic lets me do this 3 times, then i get this other error in a small box with what looks like gibberish, i click ok, load again and it loads, but server traffic, i try again server inspection.. so what the hell?

ya restart your comp.... after 8 months of playing only once i got this error where i was going and all the sudden it crashed and like 3 boxes of korean writing appeared and ??? and gibberish lol so i restarted and it was fine...
