2 noob questions

1) What is the use of the force skills that reduce target parry's and hit ratio. I use this but there does not seem to be any diff in damage before and after. I hope I have not wasted any skill points on it.

2) How do we change the character's name. In the Joymax manage account page, there is an option to change character's name but it does not seem to work.

The change name option is to change your "forum" name on the official sro forums. It allows you to pick form characters you have on different servers.

As for the move, at lower levels it decreases them by a small amount so the difference wont be too noticeable. But if you level them higher then you will notice it more and more.
