i will start an aceadmy when i get to70+ and will prolly plvl ppl to 10-30, i would like them to do the 1st 10 lvls atleast by themselfs, by that time ppl should know if they actully like there build or not and want to continue with it, most ppl that get plvled from lvl 1-20+ actully quit a few lvls after they stop getting plvled with that char so ye..

I have 20 graduates. Make it worth their while. Tell them to get up to lvl 32 or 35 and you will get them to 40. Usually works for me. I also make it so they arent having me sp farm them. If it takes 3 days of power lvling for them to get 10% well screw it i wont do it anymore. Most are in such a hurry to get to 40 they keep mastery pretty close. I also in the past offered people 15 mil to go from lvl 1-40 on their own. A few took me up on it and i paid. The honor buffs are way worth the 15 mil a graduate.
