I've been reading alot about Euro's at the 90 cap not getting any new skills,and chinese pretty sure are getting new skills meaning extra dmg.This would bring a balance in terms of chinese having like equal dmg in skills but with the potdelay euro would still have an disadvantage.
Now are these unfounded suspicions or is this something U can say as a fact?
i saw a post once that has a link to a site that has lvl 120 Chinese and Euro skills, i read some replies upon the certain thread that Euro got nothing new, but they can lvlup their skills
As i ended the last chapter of my past never forgotten true love... ... a new one begins I'm begging to find a way on how to connect with someone new... ....somehow this new Chapter will be quite an experience.
Can't you just post a direct pic,the interface of that website is deeply annoying and It's not a direct link,I tried searching and took a look at chinese and euro skills but all i saw was skills till 80 cap,nothing after 80 cap towards the 90-100 cap.

that was only because the new skills weren't made yet
as for euros most builds won't get new skills but they will get upgrades to them
Nuclear,tnx for the link.It has nice info..I saw some new skills for euro's but to my idea they're only passive upgrades,personally as a rogue i'd love to get some new (xbow)Attack skills considering they're not as 'cool' as other build in how they attack.
