level 1 to 11 characters get practically no exp from power level parties, it's faster to do the first bit solo. After that, power level on monsters 11 levels higher than the one getting powerlevelled for maximum exp per kill.

....I will make it simple for you guys.
Plvling for max SP requires 2 conditions.
1. The noob's level must be 11 levels under the mob's level.
2. The average level of the party must be lower than the level of the mob so that you can get double xp.
And the example for #2.
Let's say you have 2 parties. and we are looking at Noob.
Party 1.
Name lvl
Noob is lvl 30
aaa is lvl 40
Plvl is lvl 80
Plvl fights monster X that is lvl 41. The avg party level is 30+40+80 /3 = 150/3=50. This way Noob gets 1000xp per normal monster.
Party 2.
Name Lvl
Noob is lvl 30
bbb is lvl 10
Plvl is lvl 80
Plvl fights the same monster X that is lvl 41,for max xp by rule 1. The average party level this time is 30+10+80 /3 = 120/3 = 40, so lower than mob X's level. This way Noob will be getting 2000xp.
Works the same way if you had 7 lvl 30 chars, and 1 level 80 char in the party, for those who thing it has something to do with the 2nd person's lvl.
Get it now?
Pretty sure the noob must be lvl 5+ to actually get xp from share parties since the creation of a party requirement is level 5. Just get the noob to level 10 it's really not that hard, takes like 1 hour.
