Is it just me?

i just hit 65 on my chinese char and was gona buy garm tallys... but stall network didnt have erm... so i went to the NPC and well heres what i saw

4 people have confermed this, is this a bug or did joymax fck up?

Its been like that for a while now, even before the euro update. Chinese npc 8d equips have 100% parry white stat.

well from what i see its only the sholders, the rest are all (+0%)

Kinda like how NPC Staffs come with 100% Crit and such. Old news buddy.

well from what i see its only the sholders, the rest are all (+0%)

I remember more npc items with parry 100% white stats, I guess they partially fixed it.

8th degree shoulders Garm have had 100% parry from the day 8th degree was released lol.

It's always 100% on every 65 garm shoulder item.

Yeah cuz EVERY staff got crit 100%, even from mobs...cuz it never crit and is only used to nuke?

i checked at light armor too..but there are all 0% parry lol...

EDIT..lol i saw 100% parry too in shoulder part
