degrees of lucky stones

i decided that i want to make some d1 items +9, because i figured it would be cheaper on my silkwise and b/c it would be fun

but i cant seem to make any1 d1 luck stones

so i was wondering, what is the lowest lvl lucky stone youve ever seen?

ive made plenty of 6 7 and 8th degree ones but i cant seem to make any ones that are lower than that?

have i just been unlucky recently?

6D luck stones are the lowest. There is no 1st-5D lucky.
