October - Dec, after getting banned and feeling like not doing all that shyt over again : test various MMOs none of which come even near to SROs lvl.

atm - kinda tipsy, Thinking if i should try to log onto sro after almost quiting for like ever.

The monsters around the Europe side will only drop European items. Monsters around Jangan and Donhwan will drop Chinese items. But areas around Hotan will drop both.

Europe update is NOT a separate game. It is an addition to the existing iSRO we have now. Your account will not change, but the game map is getting bigger. And new European race is introduced. Both Chinese and European characters can play together, such as party, jobs, PVPs...etc.
Level 1 European chars will start in Constantinople, and Chinese will start in Jangan.

The update download is a add-on to the existing iSRO client. Please remember, the Legend I, Europe is one game, for Chinese AND European characters. The existing Chinese character accounts will not change.

B]Bard - [Need at least 2], Bard acts as the MP healer so with many bards your attacks can go on for quites some time

A] Ill start with the Chinese

I] Chinese Pros -

Can spam pots
Can solo grind
Have a lot of skills
No classes to limit skills
Can wear any clothing without restrictions
No class limitations


II] Chinese Cons -

Easier to use bot
Unorganized
Many skills equals ALOT of farming
Weak without imbue
Overall weak race unless imbue is used
PvP is a massive pot battle that usually ends with the weaker 1 going zerk or both

III] Verdict - overall a balanced race if you want to be a loner I would suggest Chinese weak without force skills
Can lvl fast with a int hybrid, pure int, or pure/hybrid STR glaiver [fire imbue is a must for most builds]

B] Now Europe

I] European Pros -

When mastered is well organized
Very strong
Does not require imbue
Little or no sp farming
PvP strategy oriented not a pot off
Parties are more important
Item/exp share is necessary [why it’s good extremely fast lvling 10 percent in fewer than 8 minutes on lvl 42, and might get good item even when just healing]
Near impossible too bot [why because bots cant think like a human, and no one would want to party with a bot in European situations]

II] European Cons -

20 sec pot delay
W/o a party one is helpless like a baby
Can only solo on 1 green - white normal/champ monsters at a time NO GIANTS w/o zerk
Item share [why it’s bad if a SOx drops there is a chance you will not get it sry]
Limited fighting skills [this is why they removed the protector so Chinese wouldn’t use it against Europeans]
No imbue although not really needed
Class limitations in weapons and clothing -_-

III] Verdict - a race which shines in a party but if alone with fully farmed Chinese chances of winning is 1/4
If you want to lvl very fast w/o item mall help and you don’t mind lacking many fighting skills and enjoy the company of others I would suggest European

Started 2.5 weeks ago.
Found this forum and got good help from everyone.

Played the game and got scammed about 10 million times.

I found a really nice friend in the game yesterday!

Quit a while.

Had a dispute with said friends. Got half the server turned against me cause of some stuff. Quit a while.


Made amends, switched to bow, quit a while.

Joined my current union, love it, kinda miss being unique buddies with some people, but ah well. as much as i really dont like some of the pure entity unions behavior, imo they're really cool people and i had a lot of fun in their union

Spent 60mil on something to semi-repay a large debt to someone. >.<

Not anymore. If you're not high level you can't have fun at pvp because of all the high level noobs killing you over and over again because it's the first time ever they have used their char since they started botting at lvl 1...

Well maybe it's not so drastic, I've met some nice people that keep me going and the bad people keep me going too ('cause I wanna get revenge of course )

Overall, lots of ups and downs, but I'd rather live in the present and forget the bad stuff

Same thing happened to me... a couple of weeks ago or so, a friend convinced me to download SRO again and play together, but even then the "spark" just wasn't there anymore (i even left SRF for a while, right now i visit it but not as often as i once did, just "came back" because i have some spare time due to holidays and i missed this place).

I have been playing offline games since then and haven't found any mmo that compare to SRO either.

OT: I don't remember much about my journey through SRO but...

January 2007: Decided to try online games and see why so many people liked them. The first thing i saw when i logged in in Oasis (i liked the name) is a huge christmas tree and hear the sound of xmas songs, that made me love the game.

February - June (I'm not able to remember too well all what happened): After leaving my level 29 hybrid with Bicheon-Heuksal-Lighting_Cold-Fire-Force, i got tired because of some bad experiences with a few people. From there, i just started going from one server to another creating new characters trying to find a good build to me (always focusing on hybrids, following guides from SuicideGrl and MasterWong from SRF). It was near June or so when i started to accept that mmos weren't for me and i hadn't the patience for them.

July - August: Start trying cSRO because i was dying to see the Euro update, specially after watching nightbloom's video about the kSRO beta. It was around this time too that a guild of SRF members was formed to play in Euro. Those were great times, i enjoyed it a lot, however, bit by bit the guildmembers started to leave and some awkward situations with another guild in the union made it a tiring game to play.

September - November: I left SRO, and SRF to focus in school and some other shit i needed to look after.

December: A friend of mine was interested in the game and didn't want to play alone. I had more time to spare and tried again (it was after the Fortress update and the xmas event had already started so i got in and started to shout: "MERRY CHRISTMAS!! in every town i could get to), however, the game was uninstalled within a week or less. Right now i come to SRF for a short bit to see if there's something interesting or fun in the OTL or see what the community is up to in GD with the new updates, etc.

So that is for now, i doubt i ever go back online in SRO or other mmo, at least not any time soon. I'll check SRF every once in a while but i don't expect to be as active a i was

Janurary 11th 2007: Started playing on RedSea server
Feburary: Made a few friends, got to like level 24
March: made alot more friends, alot of friends quit.. I was ready to quit but decided to stay, got to level 32, joined a really strong guild.
April: level 38~
May: got to level 42, decided to stop leveling, got my first unique kill, ready to quit once again.
May 28th: Poseidon server came out, me and a few friends moved there straight away and made one of the first guilds on the server, leveled up quick.
June - July - August: got to level 52+, killed many unique monsters ( 53 to be exact ) became leader of my guild and started up a union, which eventually became one of the strongest on the server (weren't many tight nit unions on the server at this stage, mine was very friendly and active)
October: Got to level 64, killed Isyutaru, continued to kill plenty of unique monsters.
November - December: started to get really sick of game, made my gear all +5 (64+5 s/s) and full blued and full farmed. Got the first Tiger Girl kill on server Uranus.
December 18th: Quit game, union disbanded ~ end

November 2005 --> A friend showed me SRO, at level 4 we investigated the land behind the bridges west of Jangan, we got pwned by yeoha

January 2006 --> I downloaded SRo myself and started playing on Aege with a 2str 1 int bower

A few months later --> Bower level 25. Moved to Oasis because of the few weeks of extreme lag on Aege. Started a pure str glaiver there.

Another month or 2 later --> Started 'Domination' guild with 4 friends.

Somewhat later (around july) --> Glaiver level 38. Became boring =\ Started a pure str blader because I wanted those sexy chains and weapons

Somewhere around november 2006 I guess --> Abandoned 'Domination' guild because my friends didn't play SRO anymore bcause of slow leveling, server traffic and bots. Joined Hung_Hing in Imperial union.

July 2007 ( I think ) --> Became level 64 with my blader. Started a Euro rogue

August 2007 --> Rogue level 45 with PL

October 2007 or so --> Got 69 with my blader. Got sick of low damage and slow leveling.

December 2007 --> Abandoned blader for now, started a pure INT spear nuker at Uranus. Joined Synergy guild / union.

january 2008 --> Nuker is level 33 atm

Started February 5th,after my cousin told me about this game.
February 5th - started on Xian,hybrid Bicheon/Cold/Light/Fire/Force.I was doing what the cousin told me,i thought he was experienced.But now,i realised that my Blader sucks balls.Leveled to 16 and I threw this bastard away.Let's try again
I read some guides here,began to build Pure Str Glaive.OK,looked simple.Leveled Glaiver in Alexander.It was 43 lvl.Dunno why,but i threw it away.It sucked balls too.
Then tried Str Blader.Leveled to 44.Then threw it away.Again.What a piece of shit
Again.Let's try a nuker.My first nuker was my most successful character i ever had.Pure Int Light/Fire and Spear.I have to say i loved that character.I was playing with it in Tibet.Reached 57(!) lvl.Maybe i was able to reach higher levels,but then i got hacked.Lost everything - gear and gold.Thanks to my guildmates - they gave me some gold for a new character.
And now,my final character.Currently playing with Str Archer in Tibet.37 lvl now.It's so nice to play with,i'm expecting to reach higher level with it than i did with Spear nuker...

Anyways, i started around 2006's summer i think, a friend posted a link to this game on our clan's forum, i downloaded it and..fell in love with it.
After like, two months just playing around trying out new chars (lol) finally decided myself, found an awsome guild..
Alredy played crso, ksro,jsro, got two lvl 66/67 char legitly.. been through couple amazing guilds where i found ppl that changed the way i am inside, and that taught me some stuff about sro and other matters too..
Kinda lost hope now because, everywhere i go something has to go in a wierd way, then i just give up on stuff, because i realize that isnt what i need/wanted and i dont fit in that environment = sucks..or not but thats another story..
So erm, now i've been pretty much not playing sro that much.. starting a new project on sro tho, let's see how it goes.

It sucks feeling like, everywhere i go i always get screwd over in some way lol, maybe thats my own fault because i let that happen..i'm kinda wierd in wht comes to that lol, if i feel like i dont fit in the way of some ppl to act, i leave them, and since i dont like beeing dependant on ppl or waiting for them to change, ill move myself.. And if its enough to piss me off and/or to dismotivate me, ill just give up on that char..

Let's see how this month goes and then i might be able to have fun on silkroad again ^_^

October - Dec, after getting banned and feeling like not doing all that shyt over again : test various MMOs none of which come even near to SROs lvl.

atm - kinda tipsy, Thinking if i should try to log onto sro after almost quiting for like ever.

i will try to keep it short
my sons were playing SRO and i would see them play (i was playing battlefront mostly then)
eventually i became interested in what they were playing
so i started a character here in alexander (still have it)
but they were playing on greece and said to make a char there so we can play together so i did lvl'd it up to 20 something then moved back to alexander and made a new bow char which is now lvl 29 dont play it much now
when euro update came along made MissLe2 (real original new name)
bard wizard char, didnt like wizard part so changed to bard cleric
now have nice lvl 42 cleric bard on Alexander, plus an nice cleric rogue (Golden_One) plus about 4 other char aon Alexander
oh made my own Guild (Cyber_Angels, all euro)
while talking to one player in other guild he wanted to be in union but didnt want to start it so talke me into being a union master too
we now have 7 of 8 very nice guilds in the union

May of 2006 Friend on Runescape V da Man told be to download this game called SRO...He told me to go to troy server gave me his ign which I forgot...Game was pretty awesome got to lvl 31 and had to quit for a year, I moved and had to live with dial up...Played Guildwars for the year 2006-2007. I found out in June of 2007 about a unsecured wireless network that i got...Downloaded SRO played till lvl 37...dont feel like playing anymore...started Runescape again...even Jagex has lost its touch...

Well it started about 1 1/2 yrs ago i started on babel and had no idea WTF was going on so i made a pure str pacheon/bicheon/heuskal/fire/light/cold/force char wasnt that smart got a lvl 16 sosun bow quit for a while lose that acc name and pass . quit for about 4 months .went with a few friend to troy started a hybrid str bowman around lvl 20 my friend makes a guild he invite me and i ask him if can give me a grant name he accidently boots me then i saw a global saying DarkenedSoul lvl 4 recuruiting lvl 20+ people so i join them met some really really nice friends got my archer to lvl 47 and said i was fed up with the server traffic so i went and took a 2 month break in mid april so then i was staying active on my guilds forums and somebody posted about the euro update i read it thought it was kickass and waited 2 more weeks so i DLed it and then i came back pmed my old guild master got back into the guild which im now co-leader of and started my euro journey with a warrior/cleric combo with dual axes i learned about pwerlvlin get a bunch of that got my warrior to about lvl 35 decided to switch to 1h which was pretty cool nothing special but i got him to 42 decoded he wasnt right for me and quit him went and started a wizard who is my current char and im lvl 68 and farming for 80

OT: the first time i played this game was in 2005 in a LAN house with some friends. i made a hybrid s/s cold/fire/light/force lvl 18 on venice (still have it). i got bored and didnt play sro for 6 months. i decided to come back and moved to Sparta and made a lvl 38 pure int. then in alexander made a lvl 47 full str glavie. then on Odin made a lvl 64 hybrid int s/s. and im on Saturn now.

i know... lots of servers... but i pretend to stay on Saturn for a long time

Ah my story, where do i begin Well idk when i started exactly but it was in 05, i started playing with a friend after daiblo got boring, i got to lv20 and made a guild with 2 other people pitched 250k which i thought was ALOT back than, called it DarkenedSoul. Joined up A bunch of people Such as AngieSan, AngleOfDoom, DrakenSoul aka Charlemane, Balla, who are the best guiles every and we began lvling up together, i never farmed at 16 or used a gt till 58, When i was lv42 ,my Gm got banned for Charge back and i took lead, From than on i grinded up all the way to 80 farming once at 77, i'm now 80 and still have most original members, and they the only reason why i still play. I'd have to say if it wasn't for the guild and people i meet in sro i wouldn't have kept playing. But i did it, i'm 80 almost farmed and thats my boring story of my sro journey. Oh and every lvl since 42 i'd try to +7 my sos wep but never succeed, Hopefully one day i will, The only reason i think sro is good is b/c of the people you meet without a guild, sro would drive me crazy with all the bugs and bs jm gives us.

December - 2006: While i was playing Diablo II in a provate server, that server was shutted down for hours, so my friend told me for play SRO.
Started in XIAN a Bicheon,fire,force,ice.... all skills player.

Haha, all do the same with the 1st char, full masteries


February - 2007: My school friends saw the game and started to play, making funny things like go to taklamakan in Rudolphs, that was so funny


April - 2007: SRO opened Zeus and Persia, I wanted to get in Persia, but my friends sais that sounded more cool Zeus, so we went to that server. I was with my 4th character haha

July - 2007: Legend I opened, I liked force of chinese, because i prefer help the party that to fight, so i saw Cleric and when i saw that cleric was few attacks i my cleric.

i just couldn't play that game knowing i would never ever support it again because i hate the company. i felt like a leech, logging in felt like a chore, and all i looked forward to was chilling with you guys instead of playing the game. Eventually one day while venus was Full i was staring at that FULL for almost ten minutes, and i was like it ain't worth it without a PGT i won't get past lvl 64. So i quit and ever since then i have been looking for a game of sro's caliber.
