Fortress Upgrades

Hi all, my guild on Poseidon is occupying the fortress, and we upgraded all buildings to Phase II.

But when we try to upgrade it says that we are not allowed to upgrade the structure. How long do we have to wait till we can upgrade them to Phase III and higher?

Upgrading Structures

The structures installed at the fortress can be upgraded upon payment of certain amount of Gold and GP to NPC, the combat assistant. The higher the upgraded level goes, the longer the upgrade period gets, and the more Gold and GP increases to pay.
If a structure at a next phase is higher than the level of the character to upgrade, it is not allowed to make upgrade. If durability is less than 100%, upgrade is allowed only after completion of repair work.
Upgrading up to phase III or V demands elapse of certain periods.

Still trying to figure out what they mean by that

It means the military engineer (probably) has to be a certain level to upgrade to the next phase...if that's lvl 90, you won't be doing it for a while.

it means you'll have to wait a bit...so stay in the fortress for a few more weeks and then you'll probably be able to upgrade it...

As far as I can tell you have to have a fortress administrator first, the building needs to be repaired 100%. Phase II should be available; higher than that requires you to hold the fortress for a while.

When the fortress is taken over, the phases of the structures drops by 1, so if you want strong defenses you'd better hold on to that fortress.

I doubt anyone needs/wants to know that... anyway I'm guessing you have a packet sniffing bot and thats how you found out he uses a bot, or you have a 6th sence or are you just assuming?
