Status Effects Question

How exactly do you get rid of status effects, such as Dull, Impotent, Bleed, Devision fast? I use the special pills but it takes too long to get rid of those status (I put them in the auto pot). However, when I pvp with people, some of them get rid of it in a second or two. And there's no comrade aid.

special pills have charge time
don't set them in auto cure

they are using normal pills in auto cure
and have special pills in a quickslot when they get status they use the quickslot.
